We want you to love your tumbler! If something went wrong on our end, please reach out to us within the first 24 hours, and we’ll work to make it right. We’re here to help!

Shipping Policy

  • All Ready Made orders will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days after confirmation of the order.
  • Shipping times vary based on location, but typical delivery may take 3-7 business days for domestic orders.
  • We ship via USPS, and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
  • A tracking number will be provided once your item has shipped. Please use the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
  • Note: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS or other shipping carriers.

Return/Refund Policy

  • We do not accept returns or offer refund.
  • If there is a mistake with your order (such as an incorrect item, misspelled name, or damage caused during production), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • After 24 hours, we are no longer able to make changes.

Lost/Damaged Policy

  • Buyer's Responsibility: If your item is lost, damaged, or stolen during shipping, you are responsible for filing a claim with USPS. We cannot process refunds for items once they are in the possession of USPS.
  • If you need assistance with filing a claim, feel free to reach out to us, and we’ll provide guidance where possible, but the claim must be filed by the buyer.

Custom Orders

  • Each of our tumblers are custom-made by hand, so everyone is a little unique! There may be slight differences in colors or finishes, but we do our best to keep things consistent and beautiful.
  • Order Changes: If you need to make any changes to your order (such as color, font, or personalization), please let us know within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we won’t be able to make adjustments.
  • Colors & Glitter: Be specific when choosing colors and glitter. Due to lighting and monitor variations, the final product may appear slightly different than what you see on your screen.
  • Fonts: Please ensure that the font style and text details are correct before placing your order. Double-check your spelling, as we will not be responsible for errors due to incorrect details provided by the customer.
  • Name Spelling: If you are ordering a custom name tumbler, please verify the spelling of the name carefully. We will not be held responsible for spelling errors once the order is placed.
